How do I customize my design?
Working one-on-one with customers is very important to us. To customize your design, please click the "Customize" button under the product quantity fields. Complete the form and our designer will be in touch with you within 1 business day. Your designer will be able to assist you throughout the entire design and ordering process. They are there to answer any questions you may have, and are happy to offer suggestions and input!
How and when will I receive my proof?
Your designer will send your PDF proof to the email you provided on your customization form within 1 business day. If it's been more than 1 business day, and you have not received your proof, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have not received it, please contact us at design@trulyinspiredpaperco.com
Do your cards include envelopes and addressing?
Yes! Our holiday cards include free envelopes and envelope addressing! Upload your address in spreadsheet format when customizing your card.
I've already received my proof, how do I place an order?
If you've already received your proof and you are ready to make a purchase, please communicate directly with your designer. We can assist you with the order process by sending you a custom invoice and ensuring your order process goes smoothly.
