Customized stationery orders qualify for free US shipping. All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail if shipping to a PO Box. Design time will vary on each order based on customer needs. Our deisgner's respond to design requests within 1 business day. Once proofs are approved, production time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time is 1-5 business days based on customers location in the US. All orders ship from Ohio.
