    How do I customize my design?

    Working one-on-one with customers is very important to us. To customize your design, please click the "Customize" button under the product quantity fields. Complete the form and our designer will be in touch with you within 1 business day. Your designer will be able to assist you throughout the entire design and ordering process. They are there to answer any questions you may have, and are happy to offer suggestions and input!

    How and when will I receive my proof?

    Your designer will send your PDF proof to the email you provided on your customization form within 1 business day. If it's been more than 1 business day, and you have not received your proof, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have not received it, please contact us at design@trulyinspiredpaperco.com

    I've already received my order, but need to make a change.

    We understand that circumstances out of your control can alter the details of your event. If you've placed an order with us, but need to re-order due to a change in plans, we are happy to offer you 50% off the price of a reprint.
